Yes, and they do. Women make up a large part of the Calixpert community and follow the exact same programs as everyone else. The movements, progressions, and structure are the same regardless of gender.
Calisthenics is particularly well suited to women because it builds functional strength without requiring access to heavy barbells or a specific gym setup. The focus on relative strength, meaning how strong you are relative to your own bodyweight, means that lighter individuals often progress quickly once they build the foundational patterns.
Common goals we see from female members include achieving a first pull-up, building upper body strength and definition, improving core control, and working toward skills like the L-sit or handstand. All of these are built directly into the program progressions.
There is no modified female version of the programs. You follow the same structure, the same phases, and the same progressions as every other member. The only difference is your starting point, which the programs already account for.
If you have any specific questions about how the programs fit your goals, drop a message in the community. There are plenty of experienced female members who can speak to their own journey.
