Is there a dedicated pull-up program at Calixpert?

Yes. There is a dedicated pull-up guide inside the Classroom, separate from the main beginner and intermediate programs. It is built specifically for members who want to focus on pull-up strength and volume.

The pull-up guide is not a replacement for the main programs. It works best as a complement, helping you accelerate pull-up progress while you are running one of the structured phases. If you are in Beginner Mastery and want to put extra focus on pull-up volume, the pull-up guide gives you a framework for that.

If you are a complete beginner who cannot do a pull-up yet, start with the Absolute Beginner program first. The pull-up guide assumes you already have some pulling capacity and builds from there.

To find it, go to the Classroom section of the community and look for the pull-up guide in the program list. If you are unsure whether to run it alongside your current program or switch to it entirely, ask in the community and we will advise based on where you are.
