Who This Is For:
You've never done a pull-up - yet.
You've tried before, but always gave up.
This time you start with a clear plan and a real starting point, so progress is visible and quitting feels less likely.
You feel weak in your upper body and frustrated.
The challenge builds strength step by step, turning frustration into confidence as your body adapts.
You fall off track without support.
Structure and accountability keep you consistent, even on days when motivation is low.
You need a clear goal - and a reason to show up.
Working toward your first pull-up gives every workout a clear purpose and a finish line... chance to get your money back.

Why Are We Doing This?
Let's keep it real. We are not a charity. Here's why this program is a win for us too:
Long Term Trust
We make it risk-free so you can get results - hoping that if you ever do something like this again, you'll choose us.
Help More People
Pull up feels impossible for most, but it's possible for anyone. Our goal is to help 10.000 to do their first pull up. This will spread the positive movement and we will be able to help as many people as possible become better versions of themselves, one pull up at the time.
Better results + better testimonials
When you put in the work you win AND create powerful results. That win can prove to someone else, who is just like you, that they can do it too. Which creates more testimonials for us.
Better Systems
This program will give us a lot of data and resources - which we will use to create better systems and improve the user experience, leading to even better results for you down the line.
Why Is It Better Than a Normal Program?
Lower Risk
As long as you do the work - you can win your money back. In other programs you are often left without your money and without results.
More Motivation
Knowing you can win your money back gives you even more motivation to do the work. This will get you what you really want: results.
Built-in Momentum
A normal pull-up program has no finish line. You train and hope. The 90-Day Pull-Up Challenge gives you a clear target. You keep going until you reach your first pull-up.
How The 90-Day Pull Up Challenge Works
Step 1: Find Your #1 Weakness …
Grip
If your hands give up first, the pull-up ends before it starts. We test and build your grip so holding the bar is no longer the thing stopping you.
Pulling Strength
If your back and arms are not strong enough yet, no technique will save the rep. We find your current level and build the exact strength you need to lift your body.
Technique
Many people are close but leak strength in bad positions. We clean up how you pull so every bit of strength you have actually moves you upward.
Consistency
Progress comes from repeating the right work often enough. The challenge structure keeps you showing up, even on days motivation is low.
