    How Long Are The Workouts?

    Around 20 min per workout.

    What Equipment do I need?

    You need one high bar and one low bar. As an alternative, you can use workout rings and adjust them to a high and a low position. You also need one medium resistance band. Chalk is recommended for better grip but not required.
