If you've completed the true beginner level or have some fitness experience, this is where you'll continue building your strength. Start here if you can already do 1 pull-up and 5 push-ups.

- Build on your foundation to learn more advanced Calisthenics skills.
- Work toward achieving 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, and 10 dips in a row.
- Build foundational skills strength to prepare for skills.

Intermediate
