Titles, competitions and TV
Calixpert is run by Malin Malle Jansson and Daniel Flefil, a married couple from Stockholm, Sweden. Before they coached beginners online, they won titles, built competitions and performed on TV in Sweden and China. Here is all of it in one place, with the videos.
Malin Malle Jansson, co-founder and head coach
A world champion in freestyle calisthenics
- 2x Freestyle Calisthenics World Champion, heavyweight class (WSWCF): Riga, Latvia, 2022 and 2023
- 2x Nordic Champion, the second time in Finland in October 2022
- 7x Swedish Champion in calisthenics, champion already in 2018
- 7 years of elite cheerleading before calisthenics, the last on the Swedish national team (2014)
Malin started calisthenics in 2015. Freestyle calisthenics is judged on dynamic moves, power moves, static holds and how they flow together on the bar, and every one of Malin's titles was built one skill at a time. Today Malin leads the coaching and the program design at Calixpert, and breaks every skill into small steps a beginner can follow.
Daniel Flefil, co-founder of Calixpert
Coach and event organizer
- Arranged Calisthenics Cup at FIBO in Cologne, the world's largest fitness expo, three years in a row (2024, 2025 and 2026), together with GORNATION and barzflex
- Founder of Beast of the Barz, a calisthenics competition held in Stockholm for five seasons
- Reached the season final of Gladiatorerna on TV4 (2016)
- Reached the regional final of Ninja Warrior Sverige, season 2
- Licensed personal trainer
Daniel has spent years putting calisthenics athletes on a stage. At Calisthenics Cup, athletes competed at FIBO in freestyle and endurance, for men and women, with prize money. At Calixpert he builds the coaching system, so that people who are not athletes yet get the same clear path.
