What is included in Calixpert personal coaching?

Personal coaching at Calixpert means you work directly with Daniel or Malin on a 1-on-1 basis. This is not a generic program you follow on your own. We build your training around where you actually are right now, your schedule, your injury history, your goals, and the skills you want to develop.

Here is what is included. You get a custom program designed specifically for you, which we adjust continuously based on your progress. You submit form videos and we review them, giving you specific feedback on technique so you can correct issues before they become bad habits or lead to injury. You have direct access to us for questions between sessions.

We also track your progression over time. When something is not working we change it. When you are ready to progress to harder variations we push you there. This ongoing adjustment is what separates personal coaching from a one-time program purchase. A program gives you a plan. Coaching gives you a coach who is paying attention to your results.

Personal coaching is a different experience from the community membership. The membership gives you access to programs, the community, and group coaching content. Personal coaching is for people who want individual attention and faster, more targeted progress. If you are unsure which is right for you, reach out and we will help you figure out the best fit.
